A Walk Through the
Valley of the Shadow

Today we celebrate the birthday of Liduina of Schiedam, born in 1380. She is venerated as Saint Lidwina, Patron Saint of the Chronically Ill.

Yesterday was great. There's actually a bit of grass to mow. You see, when my garage was built, the builder was required by law to plant grass where he had mucked up the soil around the building, so that part has got grass instead of prairie garlic and catnip.

But never fear. Next year the prairie garlic and catnip will take over and finish killing all the grass. Then my property will be back to normal.

And today the Wondrous Weather Website is promising us an even better day! Wow, folks, how much better can life get!
