Today we celebrate the birthday of Davy Crockett, born in 1786. He was a real person in history, but most of the stories about him don't make it through the hogwash filter.

Yesterday nothing happened. Well, church happened, and the air conditioner worked, but that's just usual.

No angels arrived from on high to magically instruct me how to telephone pictures to my e-mail. I've sorta learned my way into the operational sequence where it's done, and after a few tries I can generally get one to go through. But it's still a lot of fumbling. At least the picture stays in the camera and lets me try again.

Today looks like it's gonna be another hot dry one. Maybe Gordon the Garden would like a bit of a sprinkle.
