Today we celebrate the birthday of Boleslaw Prus, born in 1847. I don't even know who he was, but that trivial detail shouldn't oughta get in the way of a good celebration.

Yesterday we got a bit over half of the graveyard mowed before the rain started pouring down too heavy to do decent work in. The main part we didn't get done was on the north side of Middleham Chapel where Elizabeth the Ghost is seen most often.

It's very interesting that we see Elizabeth the Ghost mainly when cars are turning in and out of the Frying Pan Restaurant parking lot and their headlights flicker through the damp cobwebs.

And today is the 20-th of the month, the day I pay two bills, which I paid yesterday.

Nine more payments left to make on my garage building loan, then the place will be ALL MINE!!! YAY!!!!!

Then the phone bill will be my only 20-th of the month payment, unless I go into hock for something else. In today's economy I'm not sure it would be a very good idea to go into hock for anything.
