Today we celebrate the birthday of Joseph Wolstenholme, born in 1829. He was a mathematician.

And today has been declared to be International Blasphemy Day. Hey, for me, every day is Blasphemy Day!

The organization that declared it to be International Blasphemy Day is, however, not uniformly in favor of such a declaration. Some of the members feel that it's disrespectful to disrespect religion.

But it's Wednesday, the longest day of the week, the only day that's nine letters long, so that oughta be long enough for everybody to have their own opinion.
