Today we celebrate a feast day in honor of Saint Lydwine. She's the patron saint of chronic illness and ice skating. I'm not sure just what chronic illness and ice skating have in common, except for a patron saint.

Yesterday the church held a birthday party for one of our members who's 95 years old. Very nice bash.

And today it's sorta cold this morning but it might warm up a bit for the afternoon.

And so off I go to our obligatory hour of pretending to believe that the whole universe was just magically zapped into existence by an invisible sky fairy who suffers from a 3-way identity crisis called a Holy Trinity.
