Today we celebrate the birthday of Arlo Guthrie, born in 1947. He's a singer, most famous for his hilarious song about Alice's Restaurant.

Yesterday nothing happened except that it got awful hot again.

And today's the day they do a MRI on my left knee, to perhaps give me a more precise view of why it's wobbly.

And then after I get back home we're hoping the heat pump tech comes and fixes our busted air conditioning.

And then I've gotta call the knee doctor to say the MRI got done and make a follow-up apptment.

And then I've gotta call the dentist who called yesterday while I was out and is gonna need to reschedule an apptment I've got for next week some time.

My life is getting over-scheduled.
