Today we celebrate a feast day in honor of Saint Frumentius. He's the patron saint of the Aksumite Empire of Ethiopia. Unfortunately for him, that empire seems to have hit the skids quite a few centuries ago, leaving him unemployed and twiddling his thumbs.

Yesterday nothing happened. I inspected the stain on the new bed I'm building and I think it's cured enough to put the first coat of varnish on today. I'll check again when I get finished joining my fellow delusional cretins for our obligatory hour of hallucinating our imaginary three-headed sky-zombie.
