Today we celebrate the birthday of Domenico Ferrobosco, born in 1513. He was a music composer and singer.

Yesterday I woke up to find my computer dead. The problem turned out to be a dead monitor. So I rummaged through the stash of ancient stone-age CRT fat-bob monitors we've been neglecting to haul to the dump, and found one that works. So I'm using it.

And so today's quest will probably include a tour of places that sell monitors.

Last night it sorta rain-snowed onto barely freezing ground, so this morning everything is frightfully slippery. So I'll wait until a coupla hours of sunshine have happened before I try to drive on the stuff.

Happy Skidding!
