Oh by the way, folks, My more serious diary: |
Today we celebrate the birthday of Antonio Squarcialupi, born in 1416. He was an organist. He was also allegedly a music composer but none of his music has been preserved. Yesterday was cold and windy. During my stroll to the post office I watched the electric company beginning to string the wires onto the tall poles they're putting up as part of the Reliability Loop they're building. They were using a helicopter and two sky-buckets. I was just wondering how much fun the helicopter pilot was having working in the gusting wind. But since I haven't heard anything about any helicopter accident I suppose they probably ended up okay. Today looks like it might warm up a bit. Happy Thursday! OrneryPest |
