Today we wish a fond Happy Birthday to Emmylou Harris, born in 1947. She's a Singer of Twangy Songs. Not only that, but at age 67 she's in her prime because 67 is a prime number.

Yesterday was, of course, April Fools Day. Everything that went wrong is now fixed back up again.

Our church is installing a new security system in the parish hall. That means everybody who's got a key to the place now has gotta learn the security code.

The only reason I've got a key to the place is that folks who want me to do stuff there during off-hours are too lazy to either come and let me in or to reschedule what they want me to do onto normal business hours.

So I'm gonna just relinquish my key. They shouldn't oughta be trusting me to be in there in the first place.

So anyhow, today looks like it's gonna be another great day.
