Today we wish a fond Happy Birthday to James Last, born in 1929. He's a music composer and band leader.

Yesterday the heat pump service person came and did the heat pump service. Both heat pumps work just fine.

Today the exterminator service comes to exterminate.

I think it's quite auspicious for the heat pump service to be done before instead of after the exterminator, so the tech doesn't hafta work in the stinky extermination fumes.

Anyhow, our church's Grandiose May Fest Antiques And Junque Sale is approaching. As usual, the church ladies want me to put up the advertising signs, for which I'll need help. The posts are already at the parish hall, so there's no need for them to bring the signs to my place because I'll just hafta go up to the parish hall to get the posts, but they'll probably bring me the signs anyhow.
