Today we celebrate the birthday of Roy Orbison, born in 1936. He's among my favorite-more of singers.

Yesterday nothing happened. The construction happening north of me was in the same place it was the day before. We didn't get any of the rain that the Wondrous Weather Website was promising us.

I got a buncha lawn mowed, watched some workmen doing a bit of repair work for one of the neighbors, and did a bit of work on the set of shelves the church ladies want for the back of St Peters Chapel.

Today it looks like nothing's gonna happen. Maybe I'll get a bit more work done on the set of shelves.
