Today we celebrate a feast day in honor of Saint Germaine Cousin. She's the patron saint of victims of child abuse. Her very own church has seen to it that she's got plenty of work to keep her busy.

Yesterday was finally a great day for painting the front porch. I got the primer on all the parts I don't need a ladder for.

Today looks like it's gonna be another great day. In fact, God has instructed me to skip out of our weekly sky-zombie hallucination orgy so I can paint.

With luck, I oughta get the rest of the primer on. Then I'll have one more good day to get as far as I can with the top coat before it starts raining again.
