I'm still ashamed of or embarrassed by my own beliefs, because during the 60's and 70' there were so many fake fakirs and nattering nabobs and gruesome gurus all hyping some sort of eastern mysticism. No weirder than the woo-woo of Christianity, but most Christians don't see it that way. Our Sky God is fine; their Sky God (Brahman) is too, too, far out, man. Like, weird. Totally.
