Oh by the way, folks,
Today we make fun of some ludicrous arcane rant about how it's canonically valid to have seafood on Friday. Hey, folks, have seafood whenever you like!
I think religious dietary laws were invented to prevent fellowship with other people who don't follow them. Hey, we wouldn't want to be contaminated by contact with folks who believe different than we do, now would we?
But anyhow, we did our seafood last night at The Dry Dock. The place was practically empty. Only one other table fulla people when we arrived, and they left before we did. The only other people there were the chef and the bartender who doubled over as waitress.
The main big problem with The Dry Dock (besides their high prices) is lack of handicapped accessibility. It's on the upper deck of one of the Zahnizers Marina buildings and there's only stairs, no elevator. That doesn't bother us just yet, but it probably will when we become too senile to do stairs.
Anyhow, today looks like it's gonna be a great day to get absolutely nothing done.
