Today we celebrate the birthday of Andrew Jackson, born in 1767. He was our seventh president.
Yesterday somebody on the Southern Maryland Forum suggested that the new pope oughta of named himself Sicola so we could have a Pope Sicola. As I recall, that suggestion appeared in Readers Indigestion magazine back in 1963 when Pope Paul VI was being selected. It may of been suggested even earlier, for all I know.
Yes, folks, there are always some jokes so old nobody remembers their origin, and everybody who tells them fancies themself to be the first.
Well anyhow, nothing else happened except for lotsa wind. Construction is proceeding merrily apace at the old Catamarans restaurant site. Nothing's happening at the old Lighthouse restaurant site.
Today we're supposed to take both cats to the vet. Fish Breath won't be a problem. Trying to catch War Goddess is gonna be quite the circus.
