Today we express our disappointment in Pope Francis. He has decided to crack down on the nuns who want their church to do humanitarian stuff instead of rule the world.

And so today I suppose I'm expected to comment about the Boston Marathon bombing. Sorry. Not enough information. Reports vary all over the place. How many dead? 2 or 3 or 12? How many injured? 23 or 50 or 144? Is a suspect in custody? A Saudi citizen, an Al Quaeda operative, a mental case, or nobody?

And who did it? Blame is getting tossed around all over the place. I know nothing, so I'm not gonna blame anybody. I'm not even gonna repeat anybody else's unfounded rumors as to who's to blame.

There's some big wing-ding that's gonna happen in Wash DC today, so it's understandable that the DC Municipal Police Deptment is stepping up security to the max. I'm staying away from the place today.

I'll just stay home and maybe plant a plot of radishes or turnips or something.
