Oh by the way, folks, My more serious diary: |
Today we celebrate the birthday of Manfred von Richthofen, born in 1892. Popularly known as The Red Baron, he was Germany's top ace fighter pilot in WWI. And as we all know, his likeness is celebrated as Snoopy's arch-nemesis in the Peanuts funny strip. Yesterday was lotsa nice sunshine after a buncha days of rain, so naturally a whole lotta lawn needed mowing. I got some of it mowed, a portion of which was so tall I had to use a swing blade instead of a lawnmower. And so today I suppose I've got a bunch more lawn to mow, including St Peters Chapel and the columbarium. And why doesn't my stupid Spell Checker like the word Columbarium? I've double-checked the spelling, and the only way I could be wrong is if our church informational hogwash is wrong. But then, of course there's the possibility that everything that any church ever puts out is always wrong. Happy Wrongness! OrneryPest |
