Oh by the way, folks,
Today we make fun of people who pretend to get their moral standards from believing in God while conniving to cheat somebody.
And I suppose we could be celebrating the Fourth Annual Everybody Draw Mohammed Day except I think that holiday has died a merciful death. I haven't heard tell of anybody bothering to celebrate it this year. It was great as a one-time celebration, but its time is past.
Yesterday church was the usual Pentecost celebration. Most people wore red clothes, but, as semi-brain-dead Episcopalians, we didn't bother to roll in the aisle and speak in tongues. Episcopalians are too stuffy for fun-loving stuff like that.
Our ancient cat Fish Breath seems to be perking up quite a bit this morning. Maybe he isn't quite as close to his Final Reward as we thought he was.
It looks like it's gonna sorta halfway rain on-and-off most of the day. Outdoor stuff is gonna hafta get done in short little spurts, I guess.
