Today instead of a usual feast day, we're celebrating a tribute to Johann Sebastian Bach, George Frederick Handel, and Heinrich Schuetz, widely regarded as the world's greatest composers of church music.

Yesterday nothing happened, thus allowing me to do a buncha trivial stuff like pay a few bills and trim a few bushes and observe that it's probably about the time of the year when some of the office supply stores might be getting in my favorite style of 2014 pocket calendar booklet.

Today the Wondrous Weather Website is predicting sporadic bits of rain from time to time.

So, after our obligatory hour of mystic incantations, the congregation will assemble for Coffee Hour on the front lawn, at which it will immediately begin pouring down rain.

Happy Rain Dancing!
