Today we celebrate the birthday of Amy Winehouse, born in 1983. She's somebody I never heard of until after she died of booze overdose, at which point I started hearing stuff about how she was supposed to be famous for something or t'nother.

Yesterday it didn't get too hot. Today it's gonna get even cooler.

This afternoon there's gonna be a Secular Humanism presento by Stewart Jordan, author of The Enlightenment Vision. It's gonna be at the Rockville Library, which I've never been to, so I'll hafta go up a bit early to leave myself time to get lost a coupla times.

According to the map I've got, it looks like I can get off the Beltway at Disconnected Avenue outbound, then turn left onto Fierce Smell Road, then go one block past Rockpile Puke and then start looking for addresses.

Well anyhow, I'm looking forward to it. Stewart Jordan is a pretty cool dude, and he's one of the few world-famous atheists who, to the best of my knowledge, hasn't caused other atheists to become emotionally disturbed.

Yes, folks, unfortunately, atheists can be just as bad of assholes as religion spastics.
