Today we celebrate the birthday of Mary Travers, born in 1936. She was a singer, best known as a member of the group Peter, Paul and Mary.

Yesterday's mattress-shopping quest was a success. We found one. Not only that, but they even offered Sunday delivery, so it'll be delivered about the same time we'll be moving the bed into place.

Well, we'll see how that works out. We're hoping the mattress-movers and the bed-movers can somehow or t'nother keep from getting entangled amongst each other.

Meanwhile we'll be planning the move of the current bed into the guest room.
