Today we celebrate the birthday of Bela Bartok, born in 1881. He was a music composer whose music was influenced by folk music.

Nothing happened yesterday until evening, when one of our church ladies hosted a surprise birthday party for Cap'm Benny who used to be our church organist a long time ago. Very nice party.

Today it looks like it's gonna snow some more. Just what MrsPest doesn't need for her jaunt up to Baltimore for some sorta church-related conference. And just what the underground electric service installers and the sidewalk installers don't need for getting started on their projects.
