Oh by the way, folks, My more serious diary: |
Today we celebrate a feast day in honor of Rabbi Nicodemus. I guess he qualifies as a saint. Yesterday we went a-questing up to Baltimore, the City Of Cone Zones, and wove our way in and out amongst the experimental mouse-mazes of orange cones to our son's place, where we helped him do a coupla repairs round and about his grand mansion. Nothing much else happened. Today the Wondrous Weather Website is sorta more or less promising that it might not rain, at least not very much, during the time our church traditionally does our Coffee Hour on the front lawn. Well, I guess we'll see how much we can trust them. And today Father S is scheduled to do the Iron Priest Triathlon (preach at all three hallucination orgies). He's well qualified, since he's mastered the Four Minute Sermon, the athletic accomplishment every preacher dreams of. And then it'll probably rain the rest of the day. Happy Sunday! OrneryPest |
