Oh by the way, folks,
Today we celebrate the birthday of Erwin Rommel, born in 1891. He was one of Germany's most illustrious military officers during WW I, and then in WW II his questionable loyalty toward Hitler caused some suspicion that he mighta been plotting to assassinate Hitler.
Yesterday's prediction of a possible light frost presented the job of shutting off the outdoor water and draining the garden hoses and stashing them for the winter. Yup, folks, it's down to 31 Foreign-Heats this morning, technically below freezing but not enough to damage water hoses, but the job's done anyhow.
I see a big trailer fulla tron undergrounding supplies parked in front of my place already this morning, and they're unloading stuff onto across the street. Hey, they don't usually work on Saturdays! So I don't know whether they'll be actually undergrounding any trons, or whether only their supplier works on Saturdays.
But I don't have any quests planned for the day, so I'll be perfectly happy to sit back and watch whatever they do.
