Today we celebrate yet another discovery that Neanderthals may of been not quite so primitive as has been imagined. In fact, they may of even had a spoken language as advanced as ours.

Yesterday it snowed a lot. Never really super-heavy, but sorta semi-heavy and prolonged. I haven't been out yet to get in the Washington Post, but from the window it looks like maybe 4 or 5 inches, a bit less than the 8 to 10 inches the Wondrous Weather Website was promising.

So today I suppose I'll hafta put Snavely the Snow Vowel to work again, because somehow or t'nother we wanna get to our church's Grandiose Pancake Dinner this evening.
